Learn how to use Amazon Connect with AWS IoT and AWS Lambda to proactively resolve customer issues before they occur. In this session, we show you how to configure an AWS IoT device to proactively place a phone call to a customer using the Amazon Connect API when an impending problem is detected. From there, we demonstrate how Amazon Connect contact flows make the customer interaction personal, more satisfying, and less costly.
