AWS re:Invent 2017: Live Demo: Accelerating Data Movement into Amazon EFS (DEM78)
Published on Nov 30, 2017
Amazon EFS file systems are distributed across an unconstrained number of storage servers and allows massively parallel access. This means that highly parallelized workloads can drive high levels of aggregate throughput and operations per second. In less than 15 minutes, this demo illustrates how you can parallelize the data copy and accelerate the data movement into Amazon EFS.
